Vehicle Relocation for Garage Projects

The Board has been given three bids to discuss and consider the approval of the replacement of all deteriorated hangers and rods in the garage of Buildings #1 and #2 and pressure wash, prep and paint all gas lines and five water lines in the garages of Buildings #1 and #2.

 

This work is anticipated to commence late May/early June. In order for this project to stay on course, it is imperative that we have your cooperation in ensuring that your cars will be moved by you or anyone else you have delegated on your behalf when prompted by an e-blast. Unfortunately, staff cannot assume responsibility/liability in moving any vehicles. AS THIS IS A TIME SENSITIVE PROJECT, IF YOUR CARS ARE NOT MOVED IN A TIMELY MANNER, THEY WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE.

 

The anticipated plan will be to start in building #1 first so that owners can re-locate their cars accordingly and then move on to building #2. The hanger replacement part of the job will take approximately two weeks. The painting part of the job will also take approximately two weeks. Staging will take place so that Owners/Residents/Tenants can move freely around the garage. Restricted parking areas will be cautioned taped and/or coned off.
