The service elevator in Building 1 is still out of service. We are awaiting an update from ThyssenKrupp.Please be aware that A/C vendors or home inspectors who need roof access have been using the stairs from the units to the roof. This is important to let them know beforehand.We are trying to accomodate moves and large deliveries. If you see a move scheduled and you need to use the passenger elevator, don’t panic! You can call the office and we will call the security guard to make a stop at your floor. If you can postpone large deliveries or vendors with bulky equipment for a couple of weeks, that would be ideal. We would like to keep the use of the passenger elevator to a minimum for these purposes.Again, we appreciate your patience while we work to have this resolved as quickly as possible. |
