The umbrellas in the lobbies are there for your use. Please replace them for the next resident after you have borrowed one. One went missing in Building 1 over the weekend and we would like to have it returned.
Also, someone in Building 2 received a delivery from Ashley furniture. The cardboard boxes should have been placed inside the trash room, not left outside. We have received several calls concerning this problem. Please be mindful of your fellow residents and place trash and cardboard where it belongs.
