START DATE: **Important** Vehicle relocation for Hanger Replacement Project

This project will begin on Wednesday, July 22nd.

TO ALL OWNERS AND RESIDENTS:

We have just been notified by Piper Fire that they will begin replacing the corroded hangers in the garage ceilings of Buildings #1 and #2. (Painting of the gas and water lines will take place in the near future, after the hangers are completed. You will receive notification before this begins).

In order for this project to stay on course, it is imperative that we have your cooperation in ensuring that your cars will be moved by you, or anyone else you have delegated on your behalf. Unfortunately, staff cannot assume responsibility/liability in moving any vehicles.

AS THIS IS A TIME SENSITIVE PROJECT, IF YOUR CARS ARE NOT MOVED IN A TIMELY MANNER, THEY WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE.

The anticipated plan will be to start in Building #1 first so that owners can re-locate their cars accordingly and then move on to Building #2. They will begin in the Southwest corner of Building #1 in spaces 1-27 to 1-57 on the first day. Please check your e-mails daily for the next spaces that are scheduled for re-location. At the end of the day, the wooden structures prohibiting parking will be moved so that Owners and Residents can park back in their space. However, they must be out again the next morning by 7:45, depending on what can be completed in a given location. Restricted parking areas will be cautioned taped and/or coned off.

The hanger replacement part of the job will take approximately two weeks. The painting part of the job will also take approximately two weeks. Staging will take place so that Owners/Residents/Tenants can move freely around the garage. Restricted parking areas will be cautioned taped and/or coned off.

Progress reports will be sent to All so that you are informed throughout the job.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
