OCTOBER 29 – 31, 2019 – Orr Protection will be on site Tuesday, October 29, October 30 and October 31, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. to trouble shoot the fire panel in BUILDING #1. You can expect to hear sirens for part of the day for the three days. If there is am emergency, we will be using the loudspeakers (annunciators) to contact you. This will not affect interior units. |
| WEEK OF NOVEMBER 4 – BFP Chutes will be on property for two (2) days cleaning and sanitizing all trash chutes in BUILDINGS 1 & 2. |
| WEEK OF NOVEMBER 4 – ALL WEEK – BUILDINGS 1 & 2 – Dutchman Window Cleaning will be on property (weather permitting) to clean exterior glass that cannot be reached by owners. They plan to be here from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Anyone who would like to contact Dutchman directly to clean other windows/sliders in units, please call them directly to arrange. Their information is attached. |
| NOVEMBER 11th – Jani-King will be spray buffing the service elevators in BUILDINGS 1 & 2. |
