Bel Mare is one of the neighborhoods in the Riviera Dunes Master Association (along with others such as the Marina, the Homes, and Laguna). Bel Mare pays approximately $19,000 in dues to the Master Association each year. Please try to attend to learn more about the Riviera Dunes Master Association and what it does!
