Cardboard boxes should be placed inside the trash room, not left outside of the door.
If you are using the service elevators and you have a pet with you, please stand back away from the doors in case there is someone on the other side with a pet as well. This allows the person in the elevator to exit with ease before you enter.
Please refrain from covering meeting notices and/or taping notices in the elevators. We know this is a busy time with many activities going on, but the meeting notices are required to be clearly posted. As soon as there is ample space, you are welcome to hang notices in the frames and we are happy to hang them in the message boards in the mailroom if there isn’t room in the elevator (if we continue to need more space after the busy holidays, more frames will be ordered).
