ALL UNITS – BUILDING #1 AND BUILDING #2
Management has just received notice from the City of Palmetto that they will be replacing a valve to the domestic water supply line to Bel Mare which services both Buildings #1 and #2 on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Water will be off in all units during this time.
We have therefore re-scheduled the shut-off valve replacement in Building #1 for that same day. The previously scheduled shut off on November 15, 2019, is, therefore, canceled.
Additionally, there are only 7 units left in Building #1 that need their shut off valves replaced to the hot water heater. To minimize inconvenience, this will be done at the same time. If you are not on-site for access for the Plumbers, Maintenance can accommodate them. Professional Plumbing will be completing all the work involved.
