Committees are the most direct venue for owner participation in running Bel Mare, and a great way to meet people, make new friends, and build a sense of community. They provide input that informs Board decisions, create a framework for common activities of Bel Mare’s residents, and work with our staff.
The Board will be considering the establishment of the following committees at its upcoming meeting. If you have an opinion about how our finances are handled, how our buildings and amenities are maintained, updating the lobbies, encouraging people to treat our home and each other respectfully, basically anything having an impact on Bel Mare, please consider joining one of the following committees:

No experience necessary! But if you happen to have experience in a certain area, it would be great if you could share it. If you don’t have such experience, just be thoughtful and interested, ask questions, and contribute your ideas.
The Board welcomes your input in running our home. Please let Toni or Marie know if you are interested.
