| TO ALL OWNERS/RESIDENTS AND TENANTS: |
| Please read this note in its entirety regarding the next phase of the Re-Opening Plan at Bel Mare. |
| GUEST SUITES will be re-opened on June 15, 2020 with the following “use and care restrictions”: |
| After each use, Guest Suites must be cleaned by housekeeping, and “fogged” by independent companies for additional sanitation purposes. The fee for fogging will be paid by the Owners, Residents and Tenants who rented the Guest Suite in addition to its regular rental fee. Cost of this additional sanitation is as follows: |
| Small Suite – $52.97 Large Suite – $137.23 Combo – $190.19 |
| Suites cannot be rented unless at least 72 hours have elapsed since the prior rental in order to accommodate the sanitation process. |
| Individuals renting Guest Suites and their guests are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable quarantine requirements issued by the State of Florida with respect to travel from areas of high covid-19 infection prior to occupancy. Guest Suites may not be used to satisfy part or all of any such quarantine requirement. |
| BEL MARE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS RESERVATION IN THE EVENT THE GUEST SUITES CANNOT BE CLEANED AND/OR FOGGED BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION, PER CDC GUIDELINES. |
| MOVIE THEATERS: |
| The State of Florida has allowed movies theaters to reopen at 50% capacity. Accordingly, Bel Mare’s Theater Rooms May re-open using this guidance. |
| The Theater Rooms have a total of 9 seats. At 50% capacity, groups of no more than 4 people will be permitted to use the room at one time. It is your responsibility to sanitize seats and armrests before and after each use and practice social distancing. |
