PHASE II OF AMENITIES RE-OPENING:BILLIARD ROOMSOPEN AT 12:00 PM TODAY, WEDNESDAY MAY 13TH |
As of 12:00 PM today, the Billiard Rooms will be open subject to the following guidelines: |
• All cues, balls and the rack are to be sanitized before and after every use. The room is to be used by residents only and only one family at a time. No more than 6 family members in the room at a time. Use by outside visitors is not permitted. |
Security will be patrolling to ensure compliance with these requirements. If you do not comply with any of these requirements, you will be asked to leave the area. |
Additionally, violations are subject to the fines outlined in Bel Mare’s Governing Documents Violation and Fine Enforcement Policy (available on the website). |
Consistent noncompliance with these requirements will result in closure of the amenities to everyone until further notice. |
The requirements outlined above are intended to keep us and those around us safe as we all try to adjust to the “new normal” resulting from the pandemic, and we look forward to everyone’s cooperation in that effort. |
