Bel Mare is one of the neighborhoods in the Riviera Dunes Master Association, to which it pays regular dues in connection with that relationship. Other Riviera Dunes neighborhoods include Laguna, the Homes, the Hammocks, and the Marina. The Master Association has certain responsibilities in connection with the property, such as the Lake walkway, that can be used by all of the neighborhoods. The Master Association also has been active in opposition to the proposed DeSoto Bridge flyover. It has a Board of Directors that meets regularly, and each neighborhood has a delegate representing it. Bel Mare’s delegate is Deb Sperry.
The next meeting of the Riviera Dunes Master Association Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, November 14 at 1:00 pm in the Laguna Social Room. All Bel Mare owners are encouraged and welcomed to attend to find out more about the Master Association and what it does.
