| The first payment for condo fees was due January 1, 2020. If you chose to use autopay and did not sign up by December 31, 2019 you will need to go online and make a one-time payment via e-check (www.castlegroup.com) or you can mail a check to: |

| If you signed up for autopay already, after this initial payment, the money will be processed automatically from your bank. |
| Due to the transition, there will be a one time courtesy to wave the late fee (until January 21st), for your initial payment set up. |
