| ARTICLE IX, Section 11.17 of the Declaration provides in pertinent part: Each individual Unit Owner shall be responsible for purchasing, at his, her, or it’s own expense, insurance coverage that is an ‘HO-6’ Policy or its equivalent. . . . All owners shall present a certificate of insurance providing for coverage meeting the requirements established herein to the Board of Directors on an annual basis. |
