A mailing went out recently with information that will allow you to participate in electronic voting. If you would like to take part in the first electronic vote, please be sure to return the form to us no later than September 10th.
In the mailing you will receive both a “Consent” form and a “Revocation” from. We only need the “Consent” form now. Should you wish to revoke your electronic voting choice at a later date, you would send the “Revocation” form back to us.
