Good Morning Everyone,

Please see the information below from Dutchman Window Cleaning outlining services. A flyer is attached with contact information so that if you wish to have your interior or balcony glass cleaned at the same time, you can set up an appointment directly with Dutchman.

“This is a friendly reminder that you are scheduled for our services beginning on Monday, October 12th through Friday, October 16th at Bel Mare.

Please understand these dates are subject to change in the event of poor weather conditions, high winds or equipment failure leading up to and during the service. If adjustments are needed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

For your convenience, we have attached a notice to post for your residents in the event they would like to have their individual units cleaned. This notice is an overestimate of services in case of any weather delays.

During our services, we may utilize suspended equipment on all necessary walls of the building(s). Even though public protection will be provided and proper safety equipment utilized, the public may be at risk in these areas to such overhead equipment operations. Please notify public of the operations in all areas especially high traffic areas such as entrances, sidewalks, parking lots, pool decks and other common areas.

Also (if present on the property) please forward the annual roof anchor inspection/certification at your earliest convenience.

Our plan of service is to start in one area and work consistently around the property. However, since the weather plays an uncontrollable factor we must continuously reevaluate. With that being said, our plan can change daily and perhaps more frequently.”
