The carts in the garage area are there for your convenience to transport your items, please return them as soon as you are done so that your neighbors enjoy the same convenience.
When watering plants on your balcony, please be mindful of the person that lives below you. When the water runs off of your balcony, chances are it is dripping onto theirs.
Please refrain from spray painting in the Hobby Room. The fire sprinklers will become clogged and not function correctly. Brush painting is fine, but spray painting should take place in the rear of the building, away from anything that will get coated with overspray.
