By now, many of you are beginning to receive your quarterly payment coupon booklet in the mail for January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1, 2020. Included in the mailing is a cover letter (see below) with instructions for you to follow in order to set up your payment choice.
Unfortunately, your auto-pay instructions that were given to Condominium Associates do not follow to Castle due to the sensitivity and privacy of the information supplied to Condominium Associates.
We trust you understand and thank you for taking the brief time to set your payment up.
As the letter states, your payments can also be mailed.
