Prior to filling Building #2 Pool and Spa, it was brought to the attention of the Vendor that new frames and drains were not installed according to their Contract. Management has insisted these frames/drain covers be installed and replaced as agreed and paid for. Unfortunately, this means draining the pool and spa which will begin today. The vendor will be on property shortly thereafter to make the necessary repairs/replacements and continue with the plan to fill and chemically balance both. We will send a follow-up email in approximately 2 weeks when the pool is ready for use. |
