TO ALL OWNERS/RESIDENTS:
It is necessary to replace the main valve for the domestic water line Building #1. Unfortunately, ALL WATER IN BUILDING #1 WILL BE SHUT DOWN between the hours of 9:30 am and 2:00 pm on Friday, November 15, 2019.
Additionally, there are only 8 units left in Building #1 that need their shut off valves replaced to the hot water heater. To minimize inconvenience, this will be done at the same time. If you are not on-site for access for the Plumbers, Maintenance can accommodate them. Professional Plumbing will be completing all the work involved.
